A personal research project focused on true stereoscopic photography.
Each image is created using two cameras positioned side by side, with a custom created rig, capturing two simultaneous frames that are later combined into a single stereoscopic image, viewable with red–cyan 3D glasses. This is not a simulated effect, but a physically accurate stereoscopic capture.
The experimentation becomes more complex when applied to live environments. These images were shot during a real event, in motion, without the possibility of repetition or controlled staging.
The result is a series of unique stereoscopic photographs, capturing depth, movement and spatial relationships as they actually happened.
Red–cyan is only the starting point.
This project is an ongoing exploration, opening the door to multiple future developments and alternative stereoscopic approaches.
